We will provide you all the necessary information on a personalized mail or call!

Mostly by a bank deposit. You may deposit a percentage of the agreed financial contribution or the whole amount and get a discount!

You may change your reservation until 3 days before the meeting day.

You may contact us with a personalized email and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible!

You may cancel your reservation 10 days before the meeting day with a cost of 30% of the whole financial contribution.

Actually refund and cancellation polity are the same!

However, if a tour is cancelled by createinathens due to COVID19 situtation or other important reason, you get a full refund of the contribition already payed.

We encourage all participants to attend the tour they have booked. So we are prepared to welcome you and we have booked a guide for you and the team.

Due to our obligations towards third parties, we cannot proceed to refund you.

Unfortunately CoViD19 has changed the way we see and actualize tourism.

According to Greek and European legislation, there in no limit in the number of persons attending a tour. However, we propose to wear masks, which we provide for free, in case you have forgotten.
